DARREN

Founder

Darren, founder of Bali Luxury Stays, is one of Australia's most experienced short-term rental operators. Before moving overseas, he built Adelaide's most successful short-term rental management company, growing it from a handful of homes to more than 250 listings before selling the business and focusing on Bali.

Along the way he launched several side ventures including a linen service, luxury car rental business and short-stay accounting software. Today he helps owners position luxury villas in Bali's competitive market.

DAN

Strategy & Operations

Dan built a portfolio of more than 200 short-term rental listings while maintaining a full-time job, and is widely recognised for his practical, no-nonsense approach to the industry.

As Canberra's first professional short-term rental host, he now invests in property, develops systems and processes for STR businesses, advises other hosts, and connects operators with experienced virtual assistants. Dan stays closely connected to industry trends through speaking at major ASTRA, STRIVE, Airbnb and BDC conferences.

DEDEK

Guest Experience, Bali

Dedek was born and raised in Bali and studied tourism at university, building a strong foundation in the hospitality industry. Through internships and professional experience, he developed expertise across restaurants, hotels, tours and travel, and luxury villa management.

Known for his hands-on approach, Dedek focuses on operational excellence and guest relations to deliver memorable stays. His dedication to service is reflected in his recognition as a five-star host, consistently meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
